Every country calendar page has a Download ICS button. The file is a standard iCalendar (RFC 5545) set of all-day events for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and most phone calendars. The download is built in your browser; we do not relay the file through our servers.
Three steps
- Open the country page you need and set the year selector (2024, 2025 or 2026).
- Click Download ICS to save holidays-xx-YYYY.ics.
- In your calendar app, choose Import / Add from file. Put it on a dedicated calendar so you can mute or share the whole set.
App-specific shortcuts
- Google Calendar (web): Settings → Import & export → Import, then pick the target calendar.
- Apple Calendar (macOS): File → Import, or double-click the .ics and choose a calendar.
- Outlook (Microsoft 365): File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar file.
- Phones: most OS share sheets open .ics and ask which calendar account to write to.

What the file does not contain
- Mainland Chinese makeup workdays are not holiday events — they are working days. Mark them separately on shared calendars or foreign colleagues will treat the whole block as leave.
- Thai bridge days, Indonesian collective leave and moon-sighted Islamic dates can still move after a later notice; re-download when governments update.
- On a multi-country hub view the button exports the currently selected territory; if the sidebar still says multi-country it defaults to China. Open a specific country URL first.
- ICS carries names and dates only. Overtime multiples, paid-time rules and plant shutdowns live in the country-page essays and FAQs.
